Walt Aldridge

Walt Aldridge has worked as a producer, writer, artist, engineer, session singer and player on hundreds of albums in a variety of genres that have touched lives the world over. Billboard magazine named Aldridge one of the Top Ten Country Songwriters of the year in 1989 and 1991. His songs have been named ASCAP’s most performed, they have received Nashville Songwriter’s Association International Song of the Year, and Aldridge has received a star in the Alabama Music Hall of Fame’s Walk of Fame and Musical Creator’s Award. Aldridge wrote and co-wrote all of the Top 40 singles for The Shooters, who were named Billboard’s Top Ten New Country Artists in 1987.
