Mitch Albom
Mitch Albom studied sociology and obtained a master's degree in journalism at the University of Columbia. A sports journalist and radio commentator, Albom writes for newspapers like the New York Times and magazines like GQ and Sports Illustrated. He published his first book, Martes con mi viejo profesor, to raise funds for one of his college professors who was fighting a terminal disease. Selling more than 12 million copies worldwide, the book was later made into a film with Jack Lemmon. Albom currently lives in Michigan with his wife Janine.
