Mockler Distinguished Professor of Old Testament at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in Hamilton, Massachusettes.  He taught Bible and archaeology at Wheaton College, in Illinois and taught at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School.  He currently serves on the boards of several Christian organizations.  He is the best-selling author of more than thirty books and has contributed articles to many publications.  He and his wife, Marge, have four children.
