Dear Retailers,

We have decided to postpone the Thomas Nelson Open House, originally scheduled from April 13-15, 2009. The event will now take place in the spring of 2010. Moving forward, Open House will be a biennial event.

In today’s difficult economic climate, we want to be sensitive to the needs of the retailers. Our hope is that this change will take some pressure off of the retailers and give them additional time to focus on their businesses. Thomas Nelson remains 100% committed to the Christian Retail channel.

We communicated this change to our invited guests and speakers earlier today. I will let you know as soon as we have a confirmed date for the 2010 event.
