Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items that fall within our return policy guideline and were purchased from thomasnelson.com. 

Returns Are Easy
Simply indicate the reason for your return, include a copy of the packing slip, and wrap the package securely. If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate your order number, your name, address and phone number on a separate piece of paper and send the package to the following address:
