Tammy has more kitchen/cooking knowledge than anyone I have ever met. She's a walking food encyclopedia! Everything I have made from this book is absolutely delicious! Her slowcooked bbq brisket is amazing, and the citrus chicken... have mercy! I've made it twice already! The recipes are very simple and use ordinary ingredients you will find at your grocery store. No running around to specialty stores for crazy ingredients. This book will help you make the most of your slowcooker and your time. Love, Love, Love it! (Posted on 2/21/14)
